In keeping with the Company’s strategy to achieve excellent business process in all fields, the reliability of Human Resources is the key to success. For the Company, employees are the most valuable asset that has to be managed in a well-planned, programmed and measurable manner according to business requirements. To realize all of the above mentioned, a Talent Management was established, consisting of an integrative program that the Company is committed to. With a total of 22,105 employees, of which 98.08% (21,682 persons) are working on Site and 1.91% (423 persons) at the Head Office, and 0.15% (305 persons) at managerial level, in 2008 127 cadres of Assistant and Head Assistant level have been trained through a Leadership Development Program (LDP). In this program, the cadres obtain various business insights appropriate to their responsibility scope, and a mentor as partner for individual development through the Individual Development Plan (IDP), with the aim to be able to actualize the Individual Career Plan (ICP) in the future.
