Job Responsibilities:

* Ensure all supporting documents have completed and meet with customers requirements (i.e. Tax)
* Ensure all AP and AR transaction recorded properly into ASAP
* Prepare journal entries, inventory reconciliation and sales report reconciliation
* Maintain and control collection and branch operations day to day

Requirements:

* Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
* Min. 3 years experience in the same position, preferably in telecommunication or retail industry
* Have excellent skills in SAP & Indonesian tax regulation
* Understand concept and strategy of collection & daily branch operations.

TREASURY ADMIN CODE: TREA
Job Responsibilities:

* Check incoming and release SO for local distributor
* Manage Petty Cash and cashier
* Compile data revenue from Sales, CIC and distributor
* Bank reconcile

Requirements:

* Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
* Min. 1 years experience in Finance/Accounting
* Excellent skills in SAP system & MS Office

SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT EXE CODE: SRM

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage daily operation security & safety risk management.
* Provide the training of new personnel prior to security deployment task.
* Produce coordination to related party to mitigate incident and accident which occurs in working area/filed of NTS asset.
* Provide leadership to the existing security guard and make coordination with local military / police, and others related institutions.

Requirements:

* Min. Bachelor Degree
* Min. 3 years experiences working for Operational Security

DIRECT SALES SUPERVISOR CODE: DSS

Job Responsibilities:

* Build opportunities, win, manage and maintain the new/existing communities including estimated realization of the sales target plan and customers satisfaction.
* Lead, guide and manage direct sales team and ensure the achievement of sales target
* Monitor DSR day-to-day activities

Requirements:

* Min. 3 years experience in Telco/Finance/Banking Industry.
* Good reporting, presentation skill, and MS Office

AXIS SHOP SUPERVISOR CODE: SHS
Job Responsibilities:

* Support the Sales and Customer Service to achieve each function’s target
* Lead and supervise customer services team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Min. 3 years experiences as Customer Services (Walk In Center)
* Strong Service & Sales Orientation, pleasant manner and have a soul of team work
* Sound knowledge of Walk In Center Operational and Training Development
