An excellent opportunity for an Organisation Development Superintendent has arisen to join with Training and Development Team based in Jakarta.

Organisation Development Superintendent

Reporting to the Training and Development Manager your will provide contribution to the success of PT. Thiess Contractor Indonesia by effectively evaluating, developing and implementing plans to meet staff development needs within TCI. This will include the development and implementation of staff development system and the leadership of the Organisation Development team to support succession planning within TCI.

To be successful in this role you will need to have a University Degree in HR Management or Social Science and or certification in learning and people development with minimum 5 years experience in Training and or HR Generalist role - with leadership/supervision experience. Experience on a mining or Construction site will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written; computer literate and must have facilitation skill are required.
